MOBIHEL Primer for plastic low VOC

Use:

Universal primer for painting of car plastic parts: bumpers, mirrors, spoilers, masque net etc. Types of plastics: PP, PP / EPDM, ABS, PC, PA, PUR, PPO. Not for painting of polyethylene!

Preparation of surface:

Plastic parts should be cleaned thoroughly before painting with MOBIHEL Cleaner for plastics low VOC. Then apply MOBIHEL Primer for plastics low VOC in a thin coat (dry film thickness 3 – 5 µm). The primer viscosity for plastics is ready for spraying. If plastic parts were damaged, you can apply to MOBIHEL Primer for plastics low VOC MOBIHEL PE putty for plastics (if necessary), then MOBIHEL 2K HS 4:1 Compactprimer low VOC (in which it is obligatory necessary to add 20 – 30 % MOBIHEL 2K elastic additive VOC).

	1,6 mm 2 – 4 bar 1x = 3 – 5 µm
	20°C = 10 minutes
	Further treatment: MOBIHEL HYDRO Base + MOBIHEL 2K HS 2:1 low VOC clearcoat with 20 – 30 % MOBIHEL 2K elastic additive VOC
	EU limit value VOC for this type of products (category II B (e) in form ready for application is 840 g/l. VOC of this product ready for use is 800 g/l.
