MOBIHEL 2K HS 2:1 clearcoat low VOC

Use:

For repair of personal vehicles, final painting of car bodies, trucks and other metal objects. It is distinguished for high elasticity, increased solid substance contents, excellent mechanical and chemical resistances,
quick drying and high gloss, which gives a permanent protection to base enamel. The prepared coat for application needs no additional thinning and is thus easier for use.

	MOBIHEL 2K HS hardener 4100 or MOBIHEL 2K HS hardener 4300 (for temperature applications 27 – 35 °C) or MOBIHEL 2K HS hardener 4500 (for temperature applications 5 – 18 °C) Volume mixing Pot life = 2h / 20 °C
	1,3 – 1,4 mm 2 – 4 bar (depending on type of a gun) 1,5x = 50 – 60 µm
	Between coats: 5 minutes / 20 °C Prior to drying in the oven: 15 minutes / 20 °C

	EU limit value VOC for this type of products (category II B (d)), in form, which is ready for application is 420 g/l. VOC of this product ready for use is 410 g/l.
	2K-materials react with moisture; take care that all containers and utensils are absolutely free of water. While coating, the ambient relative humidity should not exceed 80 %!
