MOBIHEL 2K matting agent

Use:

Addition for matting of MOBIHEL 2K acrylic car enamel and MOBIHEL 2K MS 2:1 clearcoat. The maximal addition to the complete enamel quantity is 100 %. By adding MOBIHEL 2K matting agent, the hiding power of paints decreases, therefore we do not recommend matting of colour shades with a worse hiding power.
The dark colour shades need for the same level of matt effect the higher quantity quantity of MOBIHEL 2K matting agent and in thinner coats than light colour shades. The matt level or % gloss is also much influenced by the coat thickness.

	MOBIHEL 2K hardener 1100 (for temperature application from 18-27°C) or MOBIHEL 2K hardener 1300 (for temperature application from 27-35°C) or MOBIHEL 2K hardener 1500 (for temperature application from 5 - 18°C) Pot life = 2 hours/ 20°C
	18 – 20 sec. DIN 53211 Φ 4 mm/ 20 °C MOBIHEL 2K thinner 2100 (for temperature application from 18 – 27°C) or MOBIHEL 2K thinner 2300 (for temperature application from 27 – 35°C) or MOBIHEL 2K thinner 2500 (for temperature application from 5 – 18°C) (10 %)
	MOBIHEL Antisilicone cleaner low VOC
	1,3 – 1,4 mm 2 – 4 bar 2x = 50 – 60 µm (depending on colour shade, hiding power and application method)
	10 min. / 20 °C between coats
	60 °C = 30 min 20 °C = 16 hours
	2K-materials react with moisture; take care that all containers and utensils are absoulutely free of water. While coating the ambient relative humidity should not exceed 80 %!
